On October 8, 2015 the L 410 UVP-E20 aircraft started its mission on route around the world, where was firstly presented to professionals and general public at the international exhibition CIGAC 2015 in China, which took place at Pucheng NeiFu Airport in province of Shaanxi, not so far from historical city Xi-an.
A crew was formed by Captain Petr Jarocký, 2nd Pilot Lukáš Novotný, Mechanic Patrik Sandanus and Mechanic Jaroslav Pekárek who joined to the crew after the presentation in Las Vegas, USA.
The first stop on the route to the CIGAC exhibition, where our aircraft was introduced to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAAC), local govenment and airlines, was the city Urumqi, in province of Xinjiang. The airplane was perceived very positively by them.
The Chinese market has a great potential for our company because L 410 is relatively unknown in this territory. That is why our aircraft performed demonstration flights on site as the most effective way how to convince new potentional customers about its qualities. The L 410 became the most interesting and the only one flying twin-engine turboprop commuter at the exhibiton.
From the China across the Chukotka (RF), Bering Strait and the Alaska (USA) our aircraft continued on the next air show, NBAA 2015 in Las Vegas, USA. Our company is proud that among so many popular "business jets" the L 410 UVP-E20 aircraft did not lost there. Its presentation at the NBAA exhibiton aroused the interest among the representatives of local airlines, distributors and other aviation experts.
The mission was successfully completed with the L 410 arrival in Kunovice on November 28, 2015 in the afternoon.
Within its presentation at CIGAC 2015 and NBAA 2015 exhibition L 410 UVP-E20 aircraft flew in truth around the world which took about 40 000 km, 110 flight hours and 21 stopovers. For L 410 UVP E-20 it was one of the longest routes in its history.
