Aircraft Industries is pleased to announce the successful delivery of a new L 410 NG turboprop aircraft to Aerocardal, a leading aviation company operating in Chile. The “Four-Ten,” designed and manufactured in the Czech Republic, will enhance Aerocardal’s operational capacities in charter flights, cargo transport, and air rescue services.
The new aircraft arrived at Santiago International Airport after an extensive journey that included demonstration and business stops in Colombia and Brazil. To mark this milestone, Aerocardal hosted a ceremonial event attended by prominent representatives from the aviation industry worldwide, including Petr Holoubek, Deputy Director of Sales for OMNIPOL Group, and Tomáš Novák, Sales Director of Aircraft Industries.
Advanced Technology and Exceptional Versatility
The L 410 NG is an upgraded version of the popular L 410 UVP-E20 model, boasting an extended range, increased cargo capacity, and state-of-the-art Garmin G3000 avionics. These attributes make the aircraft one of the most reliable and cost-effective multipurpose platforms on the market.
The aircraft offers a high degree of adaptability, supporting multiple configurations—from passenger and cargo transport to medical and patrol versions. Its resilience and long service life (45,000 flight hours) make it an ideal choice for the demanding conditions in Latin America.
“More than just another aircraft, the L 410 NG represents a versatile and robust solution perfectly suited to the region’s needs. We are proud to be part of this important chapter in Latin American aviation,” said Tomáš Novák, Sales Director at Aircraft Industries.
Successful Showcase at NBAA-BACE in Las Vegas
Prior to delivery in Chile, the L 410 NG was showcased at the prestigious Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) in Las Vegas, one of the largest aviation events globally. Aircraft Industries, together with its parent company OMNIPOL and Chilean partner Aerocardal, presented the L 410 NG to over 1,000 exhibitors and 25,000 attendees. The event provided a unique opportunity to highlight the aircraft’s exceptional capabilities, reliability, resilience to extreme climates, and versatility. The showcase also underscored the successful collaboration with Aerocardal, now a strategic business partner for South and Central America.
Strategic Partnership for the Region
Aerocardal has become a strategic partner for the sale of L 410 NG aircraft and other OMNIPOL Group products across South and Central America. This partnership is expected to strengthen and expand the presence of the L 410 NG in the region.
“Our partnership with OMNIPOL Group and the introduction of the L 410 NG to Chile mark a significant milestone for Aerocardal,” said Ricardo Real, CEO of Aerocardal. “We look forward to presenting this modern aircraft to our customers, offering them a reliable, versatile, and technologically advanced solution that meets the dynamic needs of the region.”
Conclusion
The L 410 NG represents a new chapter in supporting innovation and aviation development in Latin America, serving as a testament to Czech engineering excellence.
