Supporting Young Talents

Aircraft Industries has established a collaboration with the Secondary School of Arts and Crafts in Uherské Hradiště, supporting third-year students of graphic design and multimedia in their semester projects. Their task was to redesign the logo while working solely with the designation “LET Kunovice”.

To help students gain a deeper understanding of the brand and aircraft manufacturing, they had the opportunity to visit the Aircraft Industries production facility. Following the tour, the company’s management introduced the project brief and provided essential information for developing their designs.

Last week, the company hosted the final evaluation of the competition, attended by Aircraft Industries' management. Selected students presented their concepts, from which the jury chose the top three designs. The winners were awarded not only a financial prize but also a unique experience – a flight aboard the legendary L 410 aircraft.

"Connecting students with real-world practice is crucial for their professional growth. Thanks to this collaboration, our students gained valuable experience and direct feedback from industry experts," said Rostislav Štefánek from UMPRUM.

Alena Medová, Chairwoman of the Board, emphasized the importance of supporting local schools and young talent: “We were delighted to give students the opportunity to work on a real-world assignment and show them how the LET brand has evolved. Supporting young talents is important to us, and we believe that this collaboration with the school can continue in the future.”

This project has not only inspired the students but also Aircraft Industries itself, bringing the company closer to a new generation of creative professionals. And it continues to soar forward into the future.
