This year’s Dubai Airshow, held from 17 November, brought a record-setting presentation of the Czech aviation industry – and our company, Aircraft Industries, played a key role in it. As the main coordinator of the national participation on behalf of the Czech Aerospace Industry Association, we arrived in Dubai with the L 410 NG, symbolically representing the strength of more than 600 Czech subcontractors.
At the outdoor static display, the L 410 NG became a significant attraction for visitors and business delegations. Our aircraft was not only a showcase of Aircraft Industries’ know-how but also a demonstration of the capabilities of the entire Czech aviation ecosystem.
Great interest was sparked by a unique formation of three Czech aircraft – the L 410 NG, the L-39 SKYFOX in a new camouflage and armed configuration, and the ultralight Shark Aero 600. For the first time at an international exhibition, all three key categories of Czech final aircraft production were presented together.
The Czech national pavilion, designed in the style of a bunker hangar, was one of the most eye-catching exhibition features in the hall, providing space not only for aircraft manufacturers but also for suppliers of engines, systems, unmanned technologies and space solutions.
The participation of Czech companies was supported by representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Defence and the Czech Air Force Command, who held a series of key meetings in Dubai to promote the domestic industry.
Dubai Airshow 2025 thus became the largest Czech presentation at a non-European trade fair and reaffirmed the ambition of the Czech aviation industry to further strengthen its position on global markets.
