Aircraft Industries is becoming part of the newly established industrial holding OMNIPOL Group, which brings together key Czech companies in the aviation and defence sectors under unified strategic leadership. The holding was created to enable more effective coordination of the development of individual companies and to strengthen their position in the European aviation and defence market.
In addition to Aircraft Industries, the OMNIPOL Group structure includes ERA, OMNIPOL, MESIT and other affiliated entities. The Group thus builds on the more than 90-year history of the OMNIPOL brand and creates a stable framework for the further development of hi-tech technologies and the strengthening of investment capacities.
The establishment of the holding structure is a response to the dynamic growth of the individual companies’ activities. The new arrangement will enable better coordination of projects across the Group, faster internal processes and more efficient use of know-how.
Artem Movsesyan has been appointed Group CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of OMNIPOL Group. In the past, he was involved, among other things, in the acquisition and subsequent stabilisation of Aircraft Industries. The holding remains owned by the Háva family, which has long supported the development of the Czech aviation industry.
OMNIPOL Group enters this new phase with very strong financial results for 2025. According to preliminary figures, the Group achieved a turnover of CZK 15 billion and EBITDA of approximately CZK 3 billion. The establishment of the holding creates a solid foundation for the further development of the Group and its individual companies, including Aircraft Industries.
