Open Day: Celebrate 90 years of aviation in Kunovice with us!

Join us on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, when Aircraft Industries will open its gates to the public. A day full of experiences awaits you, taking you into the heart of aircraft manufacturing in Moravia.

The Open Day is held on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the company’s founding and offers a unique opportunity to explore both the history and the present of aviation in Kunovice.

A full day of experiences for all ages

Visitors can look forward to a rich program for the general public:

• Opening ceremony at 10:00 AM
• Unveiling of a historic aircraft, the first type ever manufactured in our factory
• Guided tours of the production facilities – get a behind-the-scenes look at aircraft manufacturing
• Sightseeing flights over the Slovácko region
• Exhibition marking the 90th anniversary of the company
• Presentation of the Secondary Aviation School, including hands-on demonstrations on an aircraft
• Firefighting equipment demonstration

A wide range of activities will also be prepared for families with children:

• pedal-powered airplanes
• bouncy castle
• competitions and other aviation-themed entertainment

The Open Day is an ideal opportunity to meet industry professionals, see aircraft up close, and experience the atmosphere of aircraft production firsthand. You can also learn more about study opportunities and careers in aviation.
